Coronavirus Update

***IMPORTANT PARENTS AND PATIENTS – PLEASE READ***

Prior to your appointment:

✓ RESCHEDULE IF: you or someone in close contact with you are ill or have had the following symptoms in the past 14 days (fever, cough, shortness of breath, sudden loss of taste or smell).

✓ AT HOME: please brush your teeth prior to your appointment. If needed please use the restroom at home.

At your appointment time:

✓ PLEASE CALL FROM YOUR CAR – we will check you in. During our phone call check-in, we will ask you screening questions and ask for the make and color of your car.

✓ A TEAM MEMBER WILL MEET YOU AT THE FRONT DOOR AND WAVE TO YOU WHEN IT IS TIME FOR YOU TO COME INSIDE: We will have you rinse with mouthwash, wash your hands and take your temperature. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 will not be treated.

✓ DUE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES: only the patient will be allowed to enter the office unless a minor child or a special needs patient requires a parent or guardian. If parent or guardian will be coming in, a mask will need to be worn. We can provide a mask, if needed.

✓ ONCE THE APPOINTMENT IS COMPLETE: we will call the responsible party waiting in car to review today’s appointment and make the next appointment. All financial obligations can also be taken care of over the phone at this time.
